Our Fixed Glass Installation Process

We follow a rigorous process to ensure every fixed glass installation is safe, accurate, and flawless.

Phase 1: Site Survey & Structural Assessment

Phase 2: Glass & Frame Specification

Phase 3: Fabrication & Glass Processing

Phase 4: Frame Installation

Phase 5: Glass Installation

Glass panels are delivered to site and carefully manoeuvred into position using suction lifters, glazing robots, or mobile cranes depending on panel size and weight. The glass is set into the frame on setting blocks and secured with glazing beads or structural silicone.

Phase 6: Sealing & Finishing

Perimeter sealants are applied internally and externally. For structural silicone glazing, the silicone is tooled to a smooth, consistent finish. We clean the glass thoroughly and inspect for any imperfections.
